1. Use of the Website
   This website is intended for users seeking information about Mulberry Farm, a private farmhouse venue at Green Beauty Farms, Sector 135, Noida, and about booking it for events and stays. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this site by, any third party.
2. Services
   Mulberry Farm provides the booking of a private farmhouse property for weddings, parties, pool parties, corporate offsites, pre-wedding shoots and overnight stays. The whole property is booked by one group per day. All bookings are subject to date availability, a written quote and confirmation of the advance payment.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
   A date is held on payment of 40% of the total booking value; the balance is due on or before the day of the booking. All rates are subject to 18% GST. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is also put in writing with every booking confirmation.
4. Guest Responsibility
   The swimming pool is private and unattended; guests are responsible for supervising the water, especially for children's bookings and once alcohol is being consumed. Loud amplified music is expected to stop by 10 PM in line with the noise rules applicable in Noida. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their group and vendors, and for any damage caused to the property during their booking.
5. Intellectual Property
   All content available on this website, including but not limited to images, text, layout, graphics, branding, and code, is the exclusive property of Mulberry Farm and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Accuracy of Information
   While we make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and current, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. Descriptions, images, capacities and rates are for general guidance and may be updated or modified without prior notice; the rate quoted to you in writing for your date is the one that applies.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Mulberry Farm will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, or loss of data.
